BIOGRAPHY
 
  Herbert J. Artinger

  Born in Munich, Germany on 27 April 1946. Attended grammar school in Germany
  until parents emigrated to USA in 1954. Completed education in USA, including  
  Aeronautical School, graduating in 1964 in top third of class .

  Joined the predecessor of Airbus Industrie, Deutsche Airbus, in 1970, as
  “Team Leader Airline Engineering Assistance” for Field Service Support to
  Operating Airlines. Dedicated Team Leader for Pan AM bankruptcy asset recovery,
  Service Station Authorization Inspection Team Member and was first Team Leader
  under newly awarded JAA-OPS M Part 145 AMO for Certifying Staff of Manufacturer
  on all Airbus Types. Assisted Asset Management Organization in Fleet Recoveries,
  Cabin Interior Re-imaging, Resident HMV Site Rep.

  Due to poor aviation industry conditions, departed employer and formed own
  company called “Aircraft Conformance Engineering Service” in June 1996. Commenced
  parallel technical services for Production Aircraft Inspection Coverage i.e. for ILFC and
  GATX Capital Corp as well as directly for airline operators in Europe, UK, and Central America.
  VIP Aircraft completion coverage was initially for Airbus A319 Corporate Jet, then on request
  of VIP-Clients entered into Boeing BBJ and B-777 and B747-400.

  To date over 47 production aircraft have been surveyed for airlines and 15 VIP aircraft,
  Airbus & Boeing types, have been completion surveyed to protect clients interests on
  site at various locations.

  Most recently, Boeing BBJ included his firm ACES as a “Completion Management Candidate”
  on their official listing at BBJ-HQ in Seattle (with good responses to date!).
